My Style & Approach

This is a great way to learn how I can help you care for your mental health.

  • I work with individuals and couples (ages 13 - 65)

    I provide therapy to those who are seeking support for various mental health issues including managing stress levels, relational issues/wounds, anxiety symptoms (worries, fears, intrusive thoughts, panic, and black/white thinking) and issues surrounding self-image/trust.

    As your therapist, I will guide you through this mental health journey by providing information, tools, and a safe space for self-reflection. I focus on nervous system regulation, talk therapy, trauma-focused care and emotional awareness that specifically tackle these challenges. I offer a therapeutic environment that is safe for clients to be seen and heard, facilitating personal growth and development through a non-judgmental, anti-oppressive counselling experience.

  • I focus on your goals for therapy & what you’re wanting from me, as your therapist. From there I will be able to customize my approach and support you with custom handouts, podcasts, and books to increase your self-awareness. For a sneak peak check out “therapy tools” on the tab above.

  • The more we know about ourselves the more we can grow and heal. It starts with us and ends with us, as we explore, discover, and uncover.

To determine which service you require call or email your insurance provider. If you’re paying out of pocket you have the choice of picking from any of the listed services below.

  • This is a free 15-30 minute session (over the phone or video) to address any questions or concerns and learn more about me as a therapist to see if we’re a right fit.

    Rate: $0 - Free Service

  • This form of therapy is provided online or over the phone for individuals and couples under the supervision of a registered psychotherapist. Each session ranges from 60-minutes to 90-minutes based on your preference. To better understand this service and therapy see tab “resources - therapy” for more information.

    Rate: 60 minutes ($125 - $150) or 90-minutes ($180 - $200) based on coverage + financial flexibility.

  • This form of therapy is provided online or over the phone for individuals and couples under the supervision of a psychologist. Each session ranges from 60-minutes to 90-minutes based on your preference. To better understand this service and therapy see tab “resources - therapy” for more information.

    Rate: 60 minutes ($180 - $200) or 90-minutes ($200 - $275) based on coverage + financial flexibility.

  • This form of therapy is provided online or over the phone for individuals and couples under the supervision of a registered psychotherapist. When determining your coverage, first assess if you have an employee benefit plan that includes either counselling, psychotherapy, or psychological services.
