Individual Therapy — $150
A one on one space to explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences at your own pace. Together, we’ll work to understand patterns, regulate your nervous system, and build deeper connections - with yourself and others.
Couples Therapy — $150
A supportive space for partners to strengthen connection, improve communication, and navigate challenges together. Using attachment-based and relational approaches, we’ll work towards understanding each other more deeply and creating safety in your relationship.
